Chicken Caesar Salad with Truffle Fries

Method

  1. Combine the chicken marinade ingredients, coat the chicken, and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Air fry the chicken at 390°F for 16-19 minutes, until cooked through.

  3. Cook the fries according to their package directions. I air-fried mine at about 400°F for about 20 minutes.

  4. Prepare the Caesar salad, keeping the dressing separate until the chicken is ready so the salad stays crisp.

  5. Mix the truffle dip ingredients and refrigerate until serving.

  6. Chop the cooked chicken. Toss the hot fries with the truffle salt, garlic, and Parmesan, adjusting the truffle salt to taste.

  7. Dress the salad, top with chicken, and serve with the fries and truffle dip.
